Financial aid application process
Full tuition is established at $14,950 for Kindergarten and $15,695 for 1st-8th grade for the 2024-25 school year. We are committed to meeting the financial needs of all of our families to the best of our ability. LFS is using Simple Tuition Solutions (STS) to determine financial aid eligibility. If you qualify for free or reduced lunch and are part of a marginalized community, you may not need to apply through STS, contact us to determine what is required. There is a $25 fee to apply using STS. If the fee is a barrier for you, you may contact us to request it be waived.
Assistance is available through email STS at support@simpletuitionsolutions.org or call at 717.599.7611 option 1.
The school code for LFS is 26628.
You can apply for financial aid using STS by clicking here, or using the button below. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE TO ALL FAMILIES THAT QUALIFY. Additional scholarships that are also available are listed below.

Equity Scholarship
A central part of the mission of LFS is to increase equity. To support this tenet, we have constructed the Equity Scholarship. To apply to this fund, students must meet both of the following criteria:
Meet the federal income requirements for free or reduced lunch
Be part of a socially marginalized group
If you have submitted an application to LFS, please contact admissions@lancasterfriends.org for more information about completing an equity scholarship application.
Priority deadline for application to the Equity Scholarship is February 15th. Applications will be accepted after this date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with consideration to available funds.
Financial resources for Quaker families
The National Friends Education Fund provides support to Quaker children in Friends Schools. Members of all Yearly or Monthly Meetings qualify if:
At least one parent or legal guardian of the student has been a member of the Religious Society of Friends for at least 1 year prior to the start of the supported school year.
After applying to the Friends School, the school determines that the family meets need-based criteria as adjusted by FEF/PYM standards.
